Shipping policy

We will do the best to ship same day if possible based upon pick time by carriers. Once item is shipped, carrier is responsible for Items in your order. Tracking numbers will be provided if applicable. Should your order arrive with the outside packaging damaged, we suggest taking pictures in case a claim will need to be made with carrier.
